The Revolutionary War officially ended on September 3rd, 1783 which is where this incredible document derives from. This was John Whaling's exit from military service after 6 years and 3 months issued by his excellency George Washington on June 9, 1783. It truly brings history to life to be able to hold a document that has such rich history.The signature by George Washington on this document is large and bold.
