Tris Speaker is in the book of baseball folklore. He is without question one of the best players to suit up on the diamond. He was the MVP of the 1912 season leading the league in home runs and doubles while hitting a blistering .383. He has a career batting average of .345 which places him 6th all time. Furthermore, he won the batting title in 1916, has a career WAR of 134.2 which puts him 9th all time, lead the league in doubles 8 times, and consequently has the most doubles in MLB history with 792. The person who is in 2nd place is Pete Rose with 746 and he had 5,695 more at bats than Speaker did. This is a Zinn Beck Diamond Ace bat. It has a wonderful finsih that looks incredible. The bat has been heavily used in the later part of his career.
